What is Gage RR & Gage R

Gage RR & Gage R is a process used to improve the accuracy of the manufacturing process by gauging the accuracy of our measurement system itself.  Gage RR & Gage R are used to determine the variation in measurements due to the measurement system.  This system allows you to compare the entire variability of the process to determine the viability of the measurement system. This measures repeatability and reproducibility. (The gage, measurement instruments, operators, methods, specifications, & specimens)
